Unlockd is an NFT-collateralized lending protocol where you can safely borrow with the highest LTV while keeping the utility of your NFTs. It is a decentralized non-custodial liquidity protocol where users can participate as depositors or borrowers.
It is, at its core, a set of smart contracts deployed to the Ethereum Mainnet, where depositors provide liquidity in the form of ERC20 tokens in order to earn a passive income, while borrowers are able to receive overcollateralized loans by setting their non-fungible ERC721 assets as collateral.
Job Description
As a Business Operations Manager, you will play a key role within the organization, providing support to our executive team, managing HR responsibilities, and overseeing our financial operations. This role requires an individual with a wide array of skills, from administrative expertise to financial acumen to human resources management.
Qualifications

May was our first full month of B2C monetization. We saw rapid revenue growth with the minting of paid Proof-of-Talent identity badges, giving us promising early signals about sustainable future growth.
We also started B2B monetization, recording the first B2B revenue from paid job posts in the last week of the month.
We shipped multiple important upgrades to the product: revised personal profiles, improved onboarding with verified individual profiles, and support for GitHub repository importing to personal profiles.
